Thieves in Northern California stole nearly $1000 worth of meat and cheese from a restaurant that closed early as a devastating fire spread this week. Da Boccery, located at 175 E Vineyard Avenue in Livermore, shut its doors Tuesday as the Little Fire spread through the area, prompting safety concerns and evacuations. But when employees returned, they discovered thieves had used the emergency situation as a chance to break in and raid the restaurant’s supplies.
