Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky are among the world leaders planning to attend the late Sen. Lindsey Graham’s funeral on Tuesday — and diplomacy may also be on tap while they are in town. President Trump is expected to meet with Netanyahu while he is in town, according to the prime minister’s office.
