The violent parolee accused of shoving an elderly woman onto the subway tracks in Midtown went on an unhinged, potty-mouthed diatribe while waiting to face a judge on Tuesday evening. “Don’t touch me,” Zaki Smith, 36, barked at a court officer at Manhattan Criminal Court before he was scheduled to be arraigned on an attempted murder charge. The victim reportedly sustained a cut on her head and was helped onto platform.
