A California couple devastated by the death of their beloved English bulldog while in in the care of a doggy daycare is demanding accountability. Chris and Ashley Merz of Ventura lost their pup named Bruce when he allegedly drowned at Camp Canine over the weekend. The couple will be a part of a “peaceful protest” outside the doggy daycare Wednesday.
