Serial rapist learns his fate for heinous attacks on five women and two kids

A serial rapist in Fresno County has been sentenced to 46 years for sexually assaulting five women and two minors –– including his own daughters. Cesar Flores, 57, will now be registered as a sex offender for life in the United States. Judge James Kelly in Fresno County Superior Court announced his sentence Monday.
