WASHINGTON — Texas House Democratic candidate Bobby Pulido asked women on social media to send him explicit pictures and riffed about pornography, a Post review has found. Pulido, 55, a Latin Grammy winner who once portrayed a public masturbator in a raunchy music video, is running to take down Rep.  Monica De La Cruz (R-Texas) in the Lone Star State’s 15th Congressional District.
