Ricky Pearsall workout video raises health questions close to 49ers camp

In what’s supposed to be a make-or-break year for 49ers wide receiver Ricky Pearsall, there is already some cause for concern for the third-year wide receiver. Pearsall, who has struggled with injuries in the early stages of his NFL career, released a workout video of himself on his Instagram Story. In the video, he was seen wearing a knee brace on his right knee.
