The CDC and the FDA announced that the contaminated lettuce served at Taco Bell locations in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia has been traced to a single supplier. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced that the contaminated lettuce served at Taco Bell locations in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia has been traced to a single supplier.
