A National Football League employee injured in the mass shooting at a Midtown office building last year has sued New York City for $24 million — boldly claiming the slain off-duty cop’s negligence allowed the gunman to storm the building and carry out the deadly spree. Craig Clementi, who worked in the NFL’s finance department, was severely injured after he was shot in the back by deranged gunman Shane Tamura at the Park Avenue skyscraper on July 28, 2025.   5 Shane Tamura was caught on surveillance footage walking across the plaza at 345 Park Ave.
