Former Vice President Kamala Harris on Tuesday condemned the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents involved in the fatal shooting of a Colombian national who allegedly tried to run them over — and the onetime “border czar” was swiftly given a fact check online. “Joan Sebastian Guerrero should still be alive,” Harris wrote on X, referring to the 26-year-old man the Department of Homeland Security described as an “illegal alien” who “attempted to flee the scene” of an ICE operation in Maine on Monday. “This is the second time in a week that ICE agents have killed someone who — by their own admission — was not the subject of their operation,” Harris continued.
