A New Jersey babysitter brazenly left a video clip of herself laughing as she allegedly sexually assaulted a toddler on a phone and then gave it to a mom to find, court papers allege. Victoria Anne Cranmer, 25, appeared in Ocean County Superior Court Tuesday morning and was held without bail, according to the Ocean County Prosecutor’s office. She was arrested for the disturbing sexual assault of a boy so young he was still in diapers — which she captured in a Snapchat video, court papers allege.
