Devin Williams’ blown save Sunday wasn’t as much on the closer as it was on Francisco Lindor’s ninth-inning error, but Williams was hardly blameless. After struggling for most of his time with the Yankees last season, Williams has been inconsistent — at best — with the Mets and has allowed runs in three of his past four outings heading into the All-Star break. Despite that — and that another former Yankee, Luke Weaver, has been excellent — interim manager Andy Green said Williams isn’t going anywhere and will still be the closer in the second half of the season.
