“Qui m’aime aime mon chien” — “Love me, love my dog. ” Le Carnaval des Animaux, aka the Bastille Day Dog Parade, took place in Midtown Manhattan on July 12, and pups strutted their stuff in their best French-inspired looks for this tres fasionable inaugural event. Held by L’Alliance New York and VEG ER for Pets, the parade commemorated Bastille Day, France’s national holiday.
