A former standout college basketball player was gunned down and two spectators wounded at a famous Harlem basketball tournament Friday night, cops and witnesses said. Kinu Rochford, a former Fairleigh Dickinson University hooper, was struck twice in the head when gunshots rang out around 10:30 p. m.
