The suspected gunman behind a horrific mass shooting at a Bay Area high school graduation ceremony that left an 18-year-old dead has been tracked down in Texas. Officials with the Fairfield Police Department and US Marshals arrested the 17-year-old male at a home in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, according to reports. His identity has not been released due to his age.
