Tyler Robinson boasted in a text message to his trans lover that the gun he used to allegedly kill Charlie Kirk worked “just fine,” according to chilling text messages presented by prosecutors Thursday. In the exchange, Robinson, 23, first told Lance Twiggs that the rifle belonged to his grandfather and said he was worried about whether cops would trace its four-digit serial number back to him, according to a text dated shortly after the September 10, 2025, shooting.
