A Texas middle school art teacher has been accused of sexting at least three students, including a 14-year-old boy she called “babe,” according to an arrest warrant.   Barbara Bush Middle School teacher Haley Radabaugh, 28, was first arrested for grooming last month — and then re-arrested Friday on more serious charges for having an improper relationship between an educator and student, Texas Scorecard reported. She “was known to be having inappropriate sexual conversations with at least three middle school students and providing drugs to students,” according to an arrest affidavit seen by NBC.
