FIFA is investigating allegations of racism off the pitch during Argentina’s win over Cape Verde in the World Cup on Friday. The incident happened at the Round of 32 game in Miami and involved popular streamer IShowSpeed and a fan in an Argentina jersey. IShowSpeed was livestreaming when he could be heard asking a fan what they had just said to him after multiple outlets reported that the fan seemed to tell the YouTuber, who is black, to “go cry to the zoo” in Spanish.
