Egypt’s World Cup staffers clash with Dallas police in wild scene

At least two Dallas police officers and members of the Egypt national soccer team’s staff were involved in a physical altercation and shouting match, according to videos. While one player was posing for a photo with a young fan Thursday in a hotel lobby, an officer approached a staffer and touched him on the arm to get his attention. The two exchanged some words and then the officer started shouting, “Back off! Back off! Back off!” It’s unclear what the staffer was replying.
