Kyle Lowry signing one-day contract to retire with Raptors

Kyle Lowry is reportedly set to retire next week at a special event in Toronto, the city most closely associated with his 20-year career in the NBA.   But Lowry didn’t appear to be happy that the news leaked ahead of time.   Sportsnet’s Michael Grange reported on Thursday that Lowry was going to sign a one day contract with the Raptors in order to retire as a member of the organization during a press conference on July 7.
