A drill rapper and father of a 3-year-old girl was shot dead in broad daylight, steps from the Coney Island boardwalk this week, according to cops and reports.   Truron Roach-Martin, 24 — whose stage name is “Briscoe Bands” — was shot in the face and chest around 9:20 a. m.
