Fans showered WNBA commissioner Cathy Engelbert with disapproval as she presented the Liberty with the Commissioner’s Cup trophy after Tuesday’s 93-85 win against the Las Vegas Aces.   The chorus of boos hurled from every corner of Barclays Center was deafening and relentless. There was no mistaking Engelbert was the target of the fans’ disdain.
