The front-runner to win Nancy Pelosi’s California congressional seat broke his silence about a pair of public floggings at the hands of pro-Palestinian agitators. State Sen. Scott Wiener claimed he was “harassed, threatened, and physically intimidated” on two occasions in San Francisco this week, both of which were captured on camera.
