Marina Mabrey ties WNBA record for most points in a single game

The Los Angeles Sparks were handed a 125-97 beatdown Thursday thanks to Marina Mabrey, who scored 53 points against the purple and gold. Mabrey tied the record for most points in a single WNBA game alongside A’Ja Wilson (2023) and Liz Cambage (2018). The Toronto Tempo guard’s nine made threes also tied the WNBA record.
