The investigation began on June 16 when authorities responded to a report of reckless driving in Stafford after a vehicle veered off the road and struck a road sign, according to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies located the vehicle at a Wawa convenience store and detained two suspects: Louis Conely and an unidentified 17-year-old.
