21-year-old fatally shot in the head on NYC street

A young man was gunned down outside a residential building in the Bronx on Monday evening, according to authorities. The 21-year-old man was discovered with a gunshot wound to his head outside of a building on East 187th Street between Webster and Park Avenues just before 7 p. m.
