A maniac charged with shoving a 64-year-old painter onto the subway tracks at a Queens station was sent to jail Saturday as prosecutors revealed the victim suffered a head wound that required four staples to close. Terrell Jarrett snuck under a turnstile at the Parsons Boulevard F-train station around 5:30 a. m.
