The FBI’s Kansas City field office announced a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Oscar Sanchez-Munoz, who is described as a White and Hispanic man weighing about 184 pounds. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall, has brown hair, brown eyes and a tattoo on his right forearm.
