A suspect was charged with attempted murder in the broad-daylight Bronx shooting that left an elderly woman struck by a stray bullet and a younger man also hurt, police said. Matthew Bonilla, 26, was also charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon in connection to the 1:20 p. m.
