A 22-year-old man accused of dealing marijuana to local teenagers has been accused of the rape of a high school girl in a parking structure near a high school campus in Northern California, court documents say. Uriel Alegre-Rangel, 22, was charged with felony unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor by the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office, Mercury News reported. Alegre-Rangel has pleaded not guilty to the charge and was released from custody while the legal proceedings continue.
