A Florida woman convicted in the death of an OnlyFans model and Kim Kardashian lookalike has been sentenced to four years in prison for a deadly backroom butt lift gone wrong. Vivian Alexandra Gomez, 53, was sentenced Tuesday after she was convicted of involuntary manslaughter by a San Mateo County, CA, jury in March. Prosecutors say she performed several unlicensed silicone injections on Christina Ashten Gourkani — who died from complications in April 2023.
