Brendan Sorsby is giving up on the chance to play college football this season. The controversial QB, embroiled in the fallout from a gambling scandal, will not be part of the Texas Tech program for the 2026 season, the school announced Monday. He will attempt to enter the NFL Supplemental Draft instead, according to ESPN.
