Aldon Smith was found slumped over in his friend’s car on Saturday less than an hour before being pronounced dead, it has been revealed. The former 49ers star, 36, was declared dead on Saturday afternoon at Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose. And not long before, as reported by the San Francisco Chronicle, Smith was found with his mouth open by his friend Amir Shirazi in the passenger seat of the latter’s Chevy pickup truck.
