The Knicks aren’t waiting to get back to New York to celebrate their first NBA championship in 53 years. The team is flying back home right after their celebrations end at the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio rather than spending the night in Texas and flying Sunday morning, according to multiple reports. They’ll join Knicks fans celebrating across the city and beyond, although some aren’t heeding owner James Dolan’s plea to stay safe.
