The Red Sox have one more thing to apologize for in the midst of their rough season. Team CEO Sam Kennedy went on WEEI’s “The Greg Hill Show” on Thursday to offer up a mea culpa after he’d refuted the host’s report that star outfielder Roman Anthony had a tear in his ring finger, with Kennedy claiming it was a sprain. Anthony himself confirmed it was a tear.
