A creep allegedly confessed to trying to snap photographs up the dress of a 13-year-old girl on a cruise ship, according to police. Matthew Stilwell, 25, of Pawnee, Illinois, tried to take the pervy pics in a gift shop on the Royal Caribbean ship Allure of the Seas on Sunday, according to a police report obtained by WPLG. The girl noticed Stilwell “standing unusually close behind her with the camera application open on his cellphone” — and told police he tried at least three times to get a creepy photo before she ran to her mom, the report said.
