A homeless maniac charged with stabbing a 75-year-old woman in the neck in a random attack Sunday was twice freed without bail last year after terrorizing a Brooklyn beauty supply store owner. Shawnee Moore, 36, was busted in September 2025 for allegedly trying to torch someone at KNS Beauty Hair & Wigs on Mother Gaston Boulevard with a lighter and an aerosol hair spray can, while smashing the victim in the face and scratching him, court records show. She was charged with assault, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon in the incident and had an order of protection issued to stay away — but she was freed on supervised release by Judge Jevet Johnson despite prosecutors asking for $15,000 cash bail or a $30,000 bond.
