A crazed Connecticut man who threatened construction workers at a new Amazon facility was found with a World War II-era mortar at his home, forcing neighbors to shelter in place for several hours, according to police. Donald Baltronis sparked panic in Enfield after he first threatened “violence toward workers at the new Amazon facility jobsite,” according to the Enfield Police Department. He “was initially unwilling to speak to officers but eventually agreed to allow officers a limited entry into his home solely for the purpose of our taking possession of firearms inside the home,” police said.
