Jill Biden has another theory on what happened to her husband, President Joe Biden, the night of his infamous debate with former President Donald Trump: He was drugged. The former first lady told CBS News in an interview airing Sunday that she was worried he had a stroke. But in her forthcoming memoir, “View from the East Wing,” she offered this: “Has he been drugged?” During the June 27, 2024, debate, Biden repeatedly froze on camera, fumbled for answers and appeared dazed and confused.
