Logan Paul’s left elbow is going to have a very different look the next time he steps into the squared circle. The WWE Superstar revealed on Wednesday that he recently had surgery to repair a torn triceps — and the scar he got from going under the knife was gnarly. In a series of Instagram photos, Paul showed his new, sutured wound runs all the way from his forearm to the top of his elbow.
