Kyle Busch suffered a tragic “chain of events” before his death at 41. Busch had bacterial pneumonia for “days to weeks” before he developed sepsis, according to a death certificate obtained by Us Weekly. The sepsis “disseminated intravascular coagulation, or small clots that form in the bloodstream,” which blocked blood flow to the organs, the report said.
