Rep. Max Miller abruptly drops domestic violence claims against ex-wife Emily Moreno ahead of key hearing

WASHINGTON —  Rep. Max Miller filed Tuesday to drop his domestic violence case against his estranged wife, two days before a hearing on the matter. Miller (R-Ohio), who is facing abuse accusations by his former spouse, Emily Moreno, which he denies, had filed the case in February as a dispute over custody of the couple’s young daughter turned nasty.
