Here we are again. For the third straight series, the Knicks are sitting back and waiting to learn who their next opponent is. Their second consecutive sweep — dismantling the Cavaliers to reach the Finals for the first time since 1999 — means they will have eight days of rest before Game 1 of the Finals, just like they had before Game 1 of the conference finals.
