Man fatally shot near Yankee Stadium — minutes before another was stabbed to death across town in the Bronx

A 34-year-old man was fatally shot in the back near Yankee Stadium in The Bronx on Sunday night — minutes before a 29-year-old guy was stabbed to death on the opposite end of the borough, police said.   Javan Jones was slain around 9:35 p. m.
