A short-tempered woman was arrested after she allegedly strangled and scratched a child for splashing water on her at a waterpark, according to police. Marjorie C. Aliprandi, 68, grabbed the young boy by the throat on the Lazy River at the Cowabunga Bay Water Park in Draper, Utah on Saturday, according to the Draper Police Department.
