The pot-puffing, rump-shaking homeless man called Tiger who turned Sullivan Street in Greenwich Village into his own private lair was cleared out by city authorities this week after The Post exposed his chaotic antics. The vagrant, who affixed a stuffed tiger’s tail to his behind, was evicted Saturday from his luxe encampment — which included a bed, couch, side table, and books.
