Jack Avery has been granted temporary sole legal and physical custody of his daughter after ex Gabbie Gonzalez’s arrest in connection with an alleged murder-for-hire plot targeting the singer, according to court documents obtained by The California Post. A Los Angeles Superior Court judge also granted Avery a temporary restraining order against Gonzalez, 24, and ordered that the TikTok influencer have no visitation with the former couple’s 7-year-old daughter, Lavender, pending further proceedings. Authorities also arrested Gonzalez’s father, Florida attorney Francisco Gonzalez and Kai Cordrey in connection with the alleged conspiracy.
