The Mets’ youth movement continues. Outfield prospect Nick Morabito is getting called up to the majors from Triple-A Syracuse, The Post’s Mike Puma confirmed Tuesday morning. It’s the corresponding move for Austin Slater getting designated for assignment, which The Post’s Jon Heyman first reported earlier Tuesday.
