A face-tatted, pony-tailed nut slashed a straphanger in a Manhattan subway station last week, cops said. Police are looking for the marked-up maniac after he allegedly cut a 35-year-old man in the neck at the 49th Street subway station Friday morning.   3 Cops say this man slashed a fellow straphanger in Manhattan last week.
