A man accused of trying to break into singer Chris Brown’s Tarzana property was arrested twice in less than 24 hours after allegedly returning to the home just hours after being released from jail. Security at Brown’s San Fernando Valley residence first spotted the man near the property Wednesday evening and told him to leave the area, the Los Angeles Police Department told NBC 4.
